Amanda Huss, the founder and owner of LAVISHiBROWS Microblading Studio of Winter Garden, embraces and maintains the professional skills and qualities necessary for a facial artist. Amanda’s compelling enthusiasm and her natural creativity make her the leading service provider for semi-permanent cosmetic procedures, including eyeliner, lip blush, scar camouflage, and areola pigmentation.

Amanda comes from an impressive and extensive career in the medical aesthetic field. She possesses an impressive inventory of credentials highlighting her over 20 years as an Advanced Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Board Certified Master Permanent Make-Up Artist. Amanda has always had an emotional connection with people to help them achieve their desired looks and to keep clients feeling their best. Dr. Thomas Phipps
Dr Phipps specializes in both Internal Medicine and Orthopedic Sports Medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The Ohio State University and then went on to graduate studies in Respiratory Therapy at The Ohio State University School of Allied Health Professions. Following this, he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at the Mt. Sinai affiliate Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ and his Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) affiliate Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ.
Prior to joining Amanda at LAVISHiBROWS, Dr. Phipps has been active as a team physician for both high school and collegiate athletes in both New Jersey and Florida. He has been one of the team physicians for Stetson University in Deland, Florida and several high schools throughout Central Florida. He has volunteered as a Medical Team Physician for the New York City Marathon as well as the Special Olympics. He is the previous Program Director of the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at New York Medical College where he served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Sports Medicine and Ambulatory Medicine. Since moving to Florida 8 years ago, Dr. Phipps has worked in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and has spent many Friday nights on the sidelines making sure our high school athletes remain safe.
Dr. Phipps’ desire for helping people has led him to a growing interest in the field of Aesthetics and Wellness over the last couple of years. Monroe Treacy
Monroe's journey in the beauty industry began with eyelash extensions. Her love for helping people look and feel their best grew, and she attained her specialist esthetician license. Over the years, Monroe has gained knowledge and training in various treatments and techniques. With a strong attention to detail, Monroe creates personalized eyelash extentions and skincare routines for her clients. She strives to make her clients feel and look refreshed and radient in their own skin. Monroe is always perfecting her craft in facials, peels, waxing, and lashes.
Andrea Schlenker is a licensed medical aesthetician, PMU master artist, and bilingual educator with more than 18 years of experience specializing in permanent makeup, corrective skin therapies, and advanced derma-pigmentation. Renowned for delivering results-driven treatments for all skin types, she has served as both a practitioner and master trainer for leading U.S. and international aesthetic brands, including Dermatude USA, PCA Skin, Nouveau Contour USA, and TLC Permanent Make Up.

Andrea Schlenker
Andrea’s expertise encompasses oncology aesthetics, corrective pigmentation for post-surgical scarring, 3D Areola restoration, and advanced SMP (scalp micropigmentation). She is recognized for her transformative work with breast cancer survivors, using 3D Areola artistry to restore confidence and a sense of wholeness.
As a respected educator, Andrea has developed and delivered curriculum for English- and Spanish-speaking students worldwide. Her ongoing global training includes advanced techniques in Amsterdam, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, ensuring she remains at the forefront of PMU innovation.
She continues to elevate the industry through hands-on training, mentorship, and a passionate commitment to empowering both clients and future artists through the art of permanent makeup.
